"Perfect "

"Room was nice, but simple. Could be updated. Tv in living room did not work. Pool area was convenient but pool chairs were a reserved status charge to sit close to pool even though the pool was empty. Found this ridiculous considering it was not peak season nor crowded. Bar staff was too into their own conversation to take our order. Check in staff felt the same. Ending up waiting 20 minutes for drinks and nachos that had microwave cheese on it. Definitely not worth the money. Way too many daily texts from the hotel about daily events. I almost wanted to block them they were so abundant. Balcony was ok. "

"Rooms appeared very retro although it stated property was renovated. Our last evening there was no electricity in bathroom."

"Room was basically clean. Some areas were clearly ignored by housekeeping: door frames and walls. We were told at check in our parking was included. Then we had to call for assist when leaving to be let out and were told by a different desk attendant we had to pay. We returned later and went to the desk to clarify, where they told us we should have been able to use our room key for in and out privileges. When checking out, it turned out we were charged twice for our room. The front desk told us they were removing one charge, and I have a paper receipt to show it. Now our credit card is showing a triple charge. Will be disputing. Beds were relatively comfortable. Halls were quiet. "

"There are several choices for pools, all of which we enjoyed. The walking trail along the lake was a great feature, as were the paddle boats, picnic areas, and miniature golf (which we didn’t have time to play)."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms. Had fridge in room but no microwave. Lots of choices of shows, food and conveniently located to tons of shopping and attractions. Fun stay!"
