"Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues"

"We were able to check in early & the hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The door greeter was eager to help with luggage. When i checked in I was given the wrong room, but the hotel staff stepped in & helped me get the correct room. Coffee was delivered very promptly to my room when I requested it. Very pleased with the Hilton & I will definitely stay there again."
