"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"Absolutely perfect for families looking to save a little money compared to Disney property resorts and still get that magical experience. The staff is wonderful, the property is wonderful. More than enough things to do on the property. Very close driving distance to anything you want to do. Couldn’t recommend this place more."

"This place truly has everything! It’s perfect for families with kids—friendly staff, excellent facilities, lots of activities, and clean, comfortable rooms. The dining credit per stay is a great bonus, and there are plenty of shops nearby. You don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Hawaii."

"Overall experience was terrible. My shower was flooding and so was the sink when we used it. They sent maintenance to Do a loud plumbing job at 11:30 pm at night while we were sleeping. The bathroom mirror was even dirty. Never again."

"Excellent property, staff is friendly and helpful! The best part is the pool with its lazy river. We could spend there all day and not get bored. The hotel is so huge, at times we would get lost. The location is excellent, although it was further away from all the activities we’ve planned. The shower was not the best, the pressure was really bad so it was hard to have a good quality shower. Otherwise, no complaints!"
