"Room we stayed in was filthy, clumps of hair everywhere, even in the bed! The manager on duty was extremely rude when I asked if they could change the bedding, dead spiders and dirt everywhere, the whole unit we stayed in smelled like mildew and could see mold in the ceiling where the laundry is. Staff in the breakfast room was great, always cleaning up and making sure food was ready."

"We were a very late arrival and Mae welcomed us warmly and provided helpful information about our stay and visit to SLO. The room is incredibly clean and comfortable and the shower truly the best water pressure ever. Morning coffee and pastries was a welcome add and we left well rested, fed and with a keen desire to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"We were able to check in early, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He provided lots of great places to visit. Room was clean, and spacious. There were 2 adults and 2 children. Pull out bed was made when we checked in, which is always nice! Morning continental breakfast was a great start to the day. English muffins, baked goods, fresh fruit and yogurts."

"Room was immaculate. Staff above and beyond. Feels like a community in respect to the shared kitchen; complete privacy iin each room. Chairs outside of each room to enjoy morning coffee with a pretty decent tree-filled view. As we left, the "owner's wife," (her words to introduce herself) asked if we saw the banana muffins she had made that morning. They looked delicious and she found a little bag for us to take one with us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ."
