"Super cute hotel. Very nice staff. They actually have a pretty good breakfast too. The only issue I had was there were coyotes out at night barking but what are you gonna do about that? The hotel did provide great earplugs though. Once, I put the ear plug in and filled my ear, and I could not hear anything else again. The bed is super comfy too so I knocked right out again. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a blast at this resort.. it is super close to all the activities and Walmart was around the corner as well. Very nice. The property was neat too. When you visit ask of Barbara… she will make your day pleasant."

"We stayed in the Alabama Room on the ground floor of the Welty House. The room was clean, everyone was friendly, and we really appreciated the history of the property. The only strange thing was that the blankets always felt damp, although the sheets were dry. There was a dehumidifier in the room, so perhaps it was just the humidity. We didn’t complain since the sheets were all we really needed. We tried the $18 breakfast one morning. We knew it was in the Victorian House, but it was confusing...

"Well the room was ok shower was tiny kitchenette was small,the internet kept freezing up,the outside areas were dirty and seemed to be not maintained at all,looked abandoned ,BBQs dirty not sanitary for use didnt look ready for use...when i booked it it said free breakfast and a video of a nightly fire pit outside hosted by the owners,non of that is available,very over priced for no usable amenities or breakfast.would not recommended or book again."

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"La Guest House si trova in una buona posizione, 25 min a piedi per Duval Street. Ha solo 2 parcheggi, per il resto ce ne sono tanti gratuiti per strada. Colazione buona. Cottage molto bello e tipico, con tutto il necessario. Il nostro aveva anche un bel patio. Acqua disponibile tutto il giorno gratuitamente e caffè dalla mattina fino alle 17.30 che è la chiusura della reception. Personale quasi assente ed un po freddo con i clienti."
