"A frame room "A" only Terrible: Unsafe stairs, flimsy doors (both), uncomfortable beds, no A/C (3 noisy fans blowing hot air) , no TV signal, funky floor layout, dated ,etc.... idk about other rooms...won't be returning."

"Staying at the Campbell House was the most lovely and wonderful experience. Gorgeous house and property. Everything is manicured, flowers everywhere, very well-maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was out of this world! I did not realize when booking this that it was a bed and breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. If I am ever in Eugene I have to stay there again! Super great spot!"

"Room was clean. However, I felt the room doors were not very secured. My room was next to the alley, and I noticed that that back fence was never locked. Anyone could just walk in from outside. Don't get me wrong, the area was pretty quiet - not sketchy at all. The place is beautiful, breakfast was great. The Staff was awesome. Parking was a bit tight. You are good if you are parking a small vehicle; however, trying to park an SUV or truck was very difficult. Overall, I would stay...

"Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. located close the down town (walking distance). The offer a gourmet breakfast for extra money or a grab and go breakfast comparable to other hotel breakfasts at no extra cost."

"Well the room was ok shower was tiny kitchenette was small,the internet kept freezing up,the outside areas were dirty and seemed to be not maintained at all,looked abandoned ,BBQs dirty not sanitary for use didnt look ready for use...when i booked it it said free breakfast and a video of a nightly fire pit outside hosted by the owners,non of that is available,very over priced for no usable amenities or breakfast.would not recommended or book again."

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"San Luis Creek Lodge is a perfect get away/weekend location to enjoy SLO and the surrounding Central Coast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And, the morning pastries and coffee service was delightful. We had a fun time exploring SLO on the San Luis Creek bikes, compliments of the lodge."
