"The property is pretty old and rundown. Needs to be remodeled/upgraded at least our regular room. Positives: room has everything one needs like a bed, hairdryer, small fridge/freezer (ours had a broken handle). tub/shower, chest of drawers, and lights near the bed and ice provided. "The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is quite central for old town Key West. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit warm even with the ac going."

"The property had a lot of personality although I wish the website photos were updated since they no longer had the garden with the water features. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were upfront stating that the property was not disability friendly. It was challenging for my husband. Wish they had more handrails. "We only stayed here for one night for our trip to Acadia but it was so nice! There was definitely a lot of very nice and gaudy inns around the area but they are quite pricey. This motel had clean sheets, clean bathroom, smelled good and had lots of amenities to use in the shared space and was reasonably priced. When we arrived, the internet/wifi was not really working but the property manager was so kind and helpful and tried to help before she left for the evening. The WiFi was still cutting...
