"Nice stay"

"Prime spot on Fremont Street! That said, if you need complete silence to sleep, this isn't the place. You can hear the party on Fremont all night long in the North tower, even on the side of the building facing the other direction. Clean, updated rooms with a mini-fridge that was actually cold! It was easy to drop our luggage and enjoy the day before check-in. Highly enjoyable if you like simple, standard hotel rooms on Fremont!"

"I know Vegas isn’t really ideal for families/kids so I’ll give a 3/5 but they weren’t very accommodating. They didn’t have pack and plays available for our toddler (again understandable since it’s Vegas) so I asked for extra blankets and pillows to make a bed on the floor. The 2 double beds in the room were not big enough for my husband and I to share with our toddler and our older kids shared the other bed. They said they didn’t have extra blankets but gave us pillows and sheets so we made due. They left 4 water bottles in the room included in resort fees and when we asked for another 4 the next day, they brought them but said something about how they usually only provide the 4. Really? 4 water bottles for a family of 5 for 2 days?! Not to mention the resort fees are $50 a day. When we asked for more water and pillows the next day, we sat on hold for 20 minutes until someone answered and then waited another 45 minutes before they showed up with the items. I tried the texting option to ask for items but they never responded. And then on day of checkout, housekeeping walked in our room at 10am while we were still in it and asked if we were checking out. Uh yea, at 11am since that is when checkout time is and we had a later flight. This was the end of a week-long roadtrip from AZ to UT to Vegas with our kids and I’ve been there before and love the pool area so that’s why I booked it. Kids did love pool area and all food options they have. Customer service might need some work."
