"I did not know that they charged to just watch the television in the room. That caught me off guard when I was checking out they told me I was charged just because I used the tv in my room. Every hotel I’ve been too never charged for the tv so I was surprised"

"So I’m big on convenience and It’s not up to date enough and I didn’t like the smell We travel a lot just because we can and this hotel is cutting corners but charging the big bucks and not that’s ok. But it was OK nothing major but Ok oh and I didn’t like how the front desk check me in.Its a lot in Atlanta I would keep looking but if you go it will be OK nothing more and nothing less"

"Perfect location but our room lock had constant problems and finally died. We wanted to go out multiple times and while out tried to check in on our room access to get back in over 2 days. You cannot get a person on the end of the phone at either concierge or front desk. Tried literally over 30 times no exaggeration. They were perfectly nice but for want of a nicer way to explain pretty much a Motley Crew. We also weren’t told that Valet was $60/night not that the price matters. Perspective...

"Beautiful hotel. Pool is not heated and parking is too expensive at 50.00 per day. No complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant that offers breakfast buffet within the hotel 3rd floor. There is a cafe that offers coffee and snacks however a ham and cheese sandwich is 12.00. In general nice hotel, but not for people on a budget."

"Stayed at the hotel for the World Cup. Amazing location and very friendly staff. And prices were very reasonable for such a central location. Overnight parking was expensive but that’s expected in a downtown hotel."

"The room was very dirty when I arrived, which was really disappointing. There wasn’t even a kitchen in the room like I expected, and no breakfast was provided at all. On top of that, the staff were rude and not helpful. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here"

The voucher clearly said I was entitled to two drinks and two snacks, but I was told different things by different staff members.
