"There was old food on the mini fridge that smelled, asked the front desk about it and they said clearing staff left already. Asked can someone come pick it up if I bagged it, I was unable to open it without the room smelling spoiled. They said they would send someone. I bagged the trash and left it on the exterior door knob like requested and put my dinner leftovers inside the fridge. Woke up the next day and the bag was still on the door knob when I checked out. "There were roaches in the bathroom, we stayed for 3 days and room only got cleaned once and thats because I requested it even still the clean was bare minimum! Specifically searched for a hotel with breakfast included, get to the hotel they charge $27 each per guest to eat breakfast on top of no other parking you have to pay $60 a day for valet."

"Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. "
