"Rooms were good size and clean. Although a lot of pot smoke throughout our floor and other areas in the hotel portion. Too much smoking in the casino. If there was a designated smoking section you wouldn’t know it because no matter where you went there was cigarette smoke."

"with the construction going on across the street, there was a distinct sewer smell in the casino level. I'm assuming it will go away once the stadium is complete. I'm not happy that there are no front desk staff. that its completely digital, even printing our own keys. very impersonal."

"Clean rooms, very friendly service. Elevator thing was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Would be useful to have 4 full sets of towels in the room, so we didn’t have to ask for towels the first day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the property"

"Everything was perfect."

"Hôtel très bien placé à deux pas d une station de métro à deux pas de Times Square Hôtel propre accueil sympa"

"The Blanca tower of the hotel has very small rooms, like the size of a cell block. Like the sink is outside the bathroom?! Whaat? The restaurants are mediocre"
