I did have some questions the next day after check in but no office staff on-site to talk too even though it said office was open M-F. So customer service on site wasn’t great and no phone number to call after hours if problems arose."

"I hate to be grumpy but this really was the worst experience I've had in Guerneville. People were partying until past 1:00am a few feet from our sleeping tent. There was no staff to ensure quiet hours (not sure if quiet hours even exist). I really don't mind people having fun but it was impossible to sleep for two nights in a row. It really did ruin the trip. I complained. They said the management would call. They never did. I stayed there because it was a bit cheaper than other places...

"Christina and Paul did a fabulous job maintaining the campground. Accommodations were great. Christina was extremely helpful since we had flown into Spokane and drove to their campground with minimal supplies. I have learned that communications from the campground needed to go through expedias app which I did not know. Thus, I did not get any of the messages Christina was sending regarding the accommodations to better prepare."
