"This is a very large property so plan on doing a lot of walking to get from room to beach to restaurants. Our room was located in building 6 which was perfect for us during the day being close to the pools & beach access, but it was quite a walk to the majority of the restaurants at the front of the resort. We missed all the shows due to the only available restaurant reservation times overlapping with show times which was disappointing. Also, with check in times being 4pm it would be nice is more than 1 eating option was open during that arrival window and don't show up hungry from a long day of travel excited to enjoy some resort options just for everything to be closed until dinner time except one sports bar & grill at the front on the resort. We LOVED the spa & visited a few times for massages! The other resort guests made the trip- everyone was so friendly and we had a great time running into new friends throughout the week there."

"Our room was close to a large generator or a/c unit but it didn’t affect our sleep. The ceiling fan above the bed wasn’t working so they made every effort to correct the problem. It took a couple of visits until it was finally fixed. We were gifted with a nice bottle of champagne and some macarons for the inconvenience. The staff was nice, super friendly and very attentive. Lucas and Javier at Spice were excellent at making us feel comfortable. Ahmed and Geronimo at Asiano and Pedro and Eric at the Chef’s Plate were great as well. We recommend the Chef’s Plate for a great dining experience. The spa was wonderful. I had a facial and body scrub with Damile who was excellent and gentle with my sunburn. 😊"
