Our experience at this resort was disappointing overall. The customer service was noticeably lacking — the staff didn’t go out of their way to make our stay comfortable or enjoyable. For example, when we asked for help securing a same-day restaurant reservation, we were simply told they do not do that, with no effort made to check for cancellations or offer alternatives. On top of that, we were turned away from a half-empty restaurant because we “didn’t have a reservation,” which left us frustrated and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, we were even turned away from the main breakfast restaurant one morning because they said they were too busy — something that should never happen at a resort of this caliber.
The food and amenities were also quite mediocre — nothing particularly memorable or impressive, and certainly not what you’d expect from a resort of this level. Overall, the experience felt indifferent and impersonal.
