I loved my stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen. For anyone considering this resort here is basic information: less than 3 minute walk to 5th Ave, property grounds is clean, lush with trees, flowers, plants, staff on all levels were warm / welcoming and the room suite and spa were clean.

Great hotel just 5 minutes away from 5th Avenue. The staff provided a great service. The amenities were well kept and the food was good for an all inclusive resort. I would definitely return if I ever come back to Playa Del Carmen.

So conveniently located close to the mall, the Avenida, the church. Resort is smaller compared to the ones we’ve visited in the past, but we like how it’s quiet, laid back and not too overwhelming. Food is so good esp in the Asiana restaurant. Also love how big the rooms are with its own hot tub. Server Joseph in the Mexican restaurant and Sergio in the Spice buffet stood out for us. Very helpful and hardworking. Thanks for a wonderful stay, will definitely consider coming back if we head out again this way
