"Parking was challenging. We checked in with a gal holding a tablet. We asked for a room near an elevator. She remembered to offer us a cost related upgrade, but forgot our request to be near an elevator. We were given the absolute last room on the fourth floor. We are 74 and 82. Not an easy trek ..."
