"There is no valet and the bell desk is hardly ever open so that means no luggage carts. Our room didn’t have a microwave or fridge so we couldn’t keep leftovers or medicine cold. The upgraded rooms don’t have an AC you can control so it was warm the entire time. They had no extra pillows either. ..."

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"Parking was challenging. We checked in with a gal holding a tablet. We asked for a room near an elevator. She remembered to offer us a cost related upgrade, but forgot our request to be near an elevator. We were given the absolute last room on the fourth floor. We are 74 and 82. Not an easy trek ..."
