For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. "

"Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice."

"The rooms were clean, updates would be nice but wasn’t expecting 5 star for the price so the price was appropriate for the condition. Food was good just not spectacular. The staff such as waiter/waitresses and bartenders were top notch!!! Loves them all and those people made the stay amazing! The grounds were well kept and loved all the pools!! "

"Everything was wonderful. They went out of there way to make sure we were having a great time. One concierge was smug and not helpful. It was a guy. He did not seem to want to help us so we just left and came back later and had a girl that was helpful. The food was good. Cleaning staff was awesome! We loved it and can’t wait to come back. "
