Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel had recently had a fire, so some things were down for repair, but didn't effect our stay. I stayed at this resort when it was Embassy Suites, other than a refresh, which for the most part was ok, it still resembles the old resort. Cleanliness of rooms left a lot to be desired. Vacuuming was so so, shower liner had a huge stain on it, and so did the sheets on the bed. There were no extra linens (clean) available in the hotel. Also the hot tub was under repair and could not be used.
