The bathroom had a shower drip that made it difficult to fall asleep. Also, the sink had a pretty moderate leak from the drain. Had to sacrifice one of my towels to soak up the water on the bathroom floor because of both leaks.

Very nice hôtel with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Vancouver. ITS in the Richmond área, close to the train station and amazing Asian restaurants around. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will for sure stay there again!
