Lovely view from the room on 27th floor - great value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pyramid cafe is great for breakfast great food, great value for money and huge portions. Casino lively but not too busy either.

Expedia gave one low price. I get there and had to pay 100’s more. The staff was rude and unorganized. Several complaints about dirty towels folded to look clean and linen smelled. View was the metal on their roof.

The AC was fine, the room was clean. There was no face cloth in my bathroom but I asked the cleaning lady and she brought me 2. The staff downstairs was pleasant and helpful. I had a room next to the street and during the night there was a permanent noise outside like a motor so it was difficult ...
