Check in was great. The lady at the counter was wonderful. The girl hostess at the buffet was rude and gossiping was more important. Looked like you are short on staff for a Saturday night in the restaurants and casinos. Casino cocktail waitress was great.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much with it being a budget hotel but it was clean and tidy and well presented with all the amenities that were needed. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful which provided a great stay in Birmingham
