"It was our first time staying at Barcelo Palace. We stayed in the Oaxaca Building and our room was somewhat close to the pools. The room itself felt spacious and had lots of storage pace for a family of three. The property itself is large and combines several of their other hotels. The hotel offers shuttle service to the other parts of the hotel but we walked and felt it wasn’t more than a 20 minute walk to get to their furthest property. "Everyone is very polite and respectful. Room was cleaned everyday. They even give you a courtesy call in the afternoons to make sure you have everything you need.
