"The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Also the waiters were so nice and friendly. We felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was right in the center of Playa del Carmen and just a few footsteps to the clubs and bars but still very quite so that we could sleep very well. The tours to Chichen Itza and Tulum we have booked at La Tortuga hotel were cheaper than at other hotels :-) and the included buffet was great. We can highly recommend this...
