No hot tub. Hotel under construction. But still decent. The waterpark passes made up for it. I’m know once construction is fully completed it will be more modern.

Biggest drawback is light and noise at night. Bring aluminum foil to black out windows as well as earplugs. Also water pressure is poor so don’t expect a satisfying shower

The check in process was fast and easy. Parking underground was well lit and safe. Air conditioning worked very well. Pillows were too small. TV worked well. Shower and soap conditioner shampoo were good quality.

Parking was kinda of a headache…but, secure. Check in was horrible and they ask you to sign a lot of questionable paperwork…took up quite some time, and after a long drive, was the absolute last thing I wanted to do. Room was clean, big and decorated beautifully.
