The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast food could have been fresher. Room was clean, facility was clean. Waterslides were fun! would have been nice to have the hot tub working.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...

Very nice clean hotel with spacious rooms comfortable bed and sheets. Nice pool with warmer water very enjoyable and the breakfast was unbelievable. With -36 degrees we all had plug ins for our vehicles. The microwave in each unit was an added touch. Definitely recommend.
