"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"

"Ideal para familia dos días esta bien tratar de agarrar vuelos qué lleguen antes de medio día"

"First time going to Xcaret and absolutely loved every minute of my stay there. Will be going back for sure! The rooms were always clean and staff was nothing but helpful and welcoming"

"We honestly were very disappointed food in the buffet is the same everyday they don’t change it up plus it’s not very good, the staff are rude!!! The only nice person we met on staff was ALEX! the place is out dated the pictures online are not the same as what you see in person! Overall we would never stay there again!"

"over all nice property for family’s but definitely needs better job cleaning, bathrooms , tables and cleanliness needs improvement"

"What I didn’t like was the food. Also, the hotel was supposed to be all-inclusive. There were too many things where you have to pay extra.."

"Liked the upgrades that the resorts did since we were here last."

"This resort was so beautiful and well maintained with the best staff I've seen at any resort, all the restaurants were great"

"The pool was fabulous! The rest, I was disappointed. The premium lounge staff at check in was extremely rude. We did not get the room that we paid for upon check in. The got us in the room we paid for over 24 hours later. The snorkeling and beach pictures advertised were not reality. Buffet was good, Caribe was also good. Brasserie was the best all inclusive restaurant we have ever eaten at. Overall, we made the best of the vacation, but we will not be back. Pictures are of the king...

"Very good food! Clean beach. Good customer service."

"Todo muy bueno Pero la comida es ESPECTACULAR"

"The good was not good. In fact laughable. The buffet was best out of all of the restaurants. Elite clubs food was converted we could not eat. Too many people trying to clear our table. Rushed. The oriental restaurant was horrible to ribs had a nasty sauce, wontons had no filling. Worst off was the tile on floor going to our room was very slippery. We will not return."

"Everting good"
