Rooms are newly renovated, very clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Location is perfect. However, there was a woman in a skimpy dress who was banging on our door at 1230am. She had the wrong room. Maybe security can be tightened as we were very much disturbed that night

Suggest to get the higher priced room. Clean room, water pressure is a bit low, may be to reserve water. You don't have to go around town to taste Burmese daily breakfast. A very good one is included in your stay. No swimming pool or spa at the hotel, but a good standard sauna.
