"This is an older hotel, but it’s spotless and everything in the room worked. The staff here is wonderful in looking after our luggage and valet parking our car. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the theatre district. Plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Good location however the room is quite small which we expected given Times Square. The bathroom was no bigger than a small travel trailer and used the same thin toilet paper. The AC didn’t work in the middle of a heat wave and the TV didn’t work. We waited over an hour for maintenance. He reset ..."
