Hotel is definitely dated, but the beds were super comfortable.And the hotel is very quiet. The hotel has a huge hot tub.Which is really nice after skiing all day. I would stay here again.

This is our absolute favourite place to stay in Banff. Lots of staff around, very courteous. Although rooms need deeper cleaning. Hot tub needs some repairs. I’d stay again , just some tips.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...
