10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2 reviews)
"The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option...

The hotel maid is the one that gave me a key - no one is there that speaks English and there is no front desk. 15 minutes later a man came and told me that hotels.com didn’t provide them with my booking information and that I needed to leave and find another hotel on NEW YEARS EVE! Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

8/10 Good
"El resort estuvo 10/10, la estructura, la atención, la limpieza pero los restaurantes tienen que mejorar bastante ya que la comida estuvo fría en todos los restaurantes que fui, la atención es muy difícil porque hay muy poco personal en los restaurantes, la comida no estaba muy buena en los restaurantes, excepto el italiano que estaba un poquito mejor."
