"The bathroom does not have a sliding door so everytime i take a shower the bathroom floor is flooded. There was also red stains on the floor and a pillow when i first arrived. I also called for room service twice and no one came to my room to clean the two days that i was there."

"The facilities were brand new. The staff was friendly but the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. One person had to leave the front desk to attend to the complimentary breakfast needs and come to my room for a minor maintenance issue."
