"Basically the hotel is perfect but one day they have an event and they closed the pool for the guest. so then I complain why they didn't tell us that in advance? Finally, I got compensation for that day so I could I could use another hot tub"

"I stayed in The Chelsea Tower which is a distance from the Casino and The Quarter. The price was great for the Holiday Weekend, which is not common for AC. The room decor is stuck in the 70’s. All of the furniture in the suite is so old. I’m surprised it is still functional. Even the lamps look like ..."

"The rooms were clean, the beds were squeaky and the springs in mattress were loud. The mattresses need to be replaced. The WiFi was absolutely horrible and the TV was worse. You couldn't watch a show without it stopping every 1 seconds. Also there needs to be a microwave for customers usage 24 hours. ..."

"Staff was amazing (Amin) allowed my daughter to check in early @ noon, as I wld not have been able to check in until 11 pm. The beds were not the same size, but comfortable. The room was very spacious. The water pressure and heat in shower was great."
