"Our room closet did not have any hangers. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was a disappointment. The staff did not clean the room unless you requested it. It would’ve been better if it was at least done twice that week since we stayed the full week."

They don't clean your room unless you ask and one day they couldn't but they left me anything we needed, ie, towels, toilet paper, etc. You can use their AI bot via text and that was helpful and I had toothbrushes sent up.
