"Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices ..."

"Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were super helpful and so nice, didn’t take me long to figure out where the casino was and boy was the service quick! Really didn’t have to leave the hotel since shopping and food were right in the building. Will be back!!"

"Property smelled like urine all throw the hallways the two doubles beds are really small and I had a homeless lady standing outside of my room for 40 minutes moaning and clapping at 4am never again."

"Staff was amazing (Amin) allowed my daughter to check in early @ noon, as I wld not have been able to check in until 11 pm. The beds were not the same size, but comfortable. The room was very spacious. The water pressure and heat in shower was great."
