"This place is horrible. Got there about 3pm, grounds are not very nice…trash everywhere, clothes laying in the parking lot, dog urinating on the hand rail as I walked in and had a line out the door for check in. "Took 2 HOURS to check in which is ridiculous!!!!Others had been waiting for 4+ hours. Extremely low staff and the staff that were working were not friendly at all. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be friendly or accommodating. All they could say it’s July 4th weekend…which means MANAGEMENT ..."
