This is our 2nd stay at the Ashling Hotel. We like the location being close to Heuston train station as well as the trams. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Our room was ready when we checked in early and the staff made us feel welcomed.

Overpriced, dirty, and rude staff avoid Paid a premium for three nights and got a run-down room with a side of contempt. We arrived during the French Quarter Festival a major annual event the hotel knew was happening to find every street to the property closed. Spent over an hour driving in circles ...

Room pictures are deceiving. Our room didn't have a window and room service was poorly done, 2 out of the 3 nights our bed was not done and trash not taken out.
