"Great food and great services "

"The staff was great and so was the main pool. Unfortunately the beach is really not great. We were on the adults only and had to go to the family side to even be able to walk in the water. Super rocky. The food was great. We did have a bad experience at Rodeo steakhouse with undercooked steaks and no staff to even check on us once food was delivered. The entertainment team was great and the staff was lovely! Def a pool resort and not a beach resort "

"Beautiful Hotel, very clean, everybody was exceptional especially the concierge Marisol and Lizette, it was my birthday and they had balloon decorations in my suite and a dessert, what a nice surprise.The hotel complex is huge but they have golf carts to take to all the places you need to go to."

"I had a great stay at Hotel Xcaret México. The all-inclusive experience is amazing—not just food and drinks, but also access to parks, which makes it very unique. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food quality was excellent, though reservations for popular restaurants can be hard to get. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure—highly recommend!"

"Everything was great except the beach there was a lot of sea weed, but I know the hotel as nothing to do with nature but maybe they can do something clean more often, I don’t know do something!"
