The hotel was completely overbooked due to a tournament. The staff was completely unprepared to accommodate the number of people who were checking in. The make your own keycard is the most inefficient system I have ever seen. I don't know why they have not moved on to electronic keys like most hotels ...

It was so loud in my room (from the music below), I couldn't sleep until 3 or 4 am (when the heavy besting music fianlly stopped and when I told the hotel that, they offered me $30 credit. When I got my final bill, they never gave me the credit. Boo.
