Hotel used to be the gem of downtown. It’s a shadow of itself at this point. We had to be moved due to the heat not working in the room. (Room 17202). We were told they would repair while out for the evening. We came back and were told it was repaired. It was not and had to switch rooms at 1:30am. ...

My experience was horrible! The hotel room was extremely nasty and unsanitary. Toilet was dirty and sheets had stains on it. Management refused to send a housekeeper to clean it.

Our initial room was dirty! The soap and shampoo that was left for us was used. The shower was dirty. We called and asked for an extra blanket. The blanket that was brought to us had stains on it.
