The gentleman that put out the morning breakfast was such a hard worker. Everything was filled and clean. He was very friendly and always had a smile. The parking was tight but not alot of room to expand. Loved the river and will come back again.

Amazing, clean place to stay in a very busy area. The river runs directly behind the hotel so every room has a view. The beds are soft and if you are traveling with family each room has a thick partial wall between the two beds to give a degree of privacy not common in any other hotel I have ever ...

We were able to check in 2hrs before so that was a big plus, also they stored our bags for us so we could go sightseeing while waiting for check in.

Our stay was really nice. We didn’t know what to expect as this was our first time staying. Beautiful place. Well kept. Clean rooms. We had pets and staff knew how to accommodate us. Ground level which was perfect. Restaurant was good. Service was great. Highly recommend.

I was highly disrespected by one of the staff members during the breakfast hour. Upon my checkout, I asked to speak to the manager. During my discussion, she made me feel very devalued, and that my discussing my concern with her was wasting her time. Very disappointed

We had an amazing time, rooms were clean, staff was friendly . The food was expensive so didn’t eat there. However, My 8 year old had the best time. He enjoyed the balcony view from our room as well as the arcade games and rock climbing.
