The air conditioner is extremely noisy and will keep you up. The place is right on the street so you hear traffic all night. The fitness center has hardly anything and the one machine was broken. We actually couldn’t get a refund so we paid for another hotel rather than stay there

We had a wonderful stay. Our view from the balcony was great & relaxing. I got a splinter from grabbing their handrail & your staff gave me a free sewing kit so I could use a needle in it to dig the splinter out. Great quick thinking on that. We stayed here one night because we were cruising the next day out of the Port of San Diego. Hotel is older and showing its age a bit. Rooms are very large. Location is great for port and Embarcadero area.
