The overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was not good. The rooms were not very clean. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which negatively impacted the entire experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The Kitchen had no cooking items, no silverware or dishes. The water was fine temperature wise. Good water pressure, bad shower drain the water almost overflowed from lack of drainage.

We stayed for an event and we had to wait 1hour to be checked in while there was 3 staff members chatting in the corner and the line was out the door. We also were offered an upgrade for our room which we paid for to have a balcony and they gave us the balcony where you couldn’t even step outside ...
