Room was nice and clean, the bathroom smelt unpleasant though, thinking it was the drains... staff where super friendly, shops where just across the road- couldnt of been any closer.

Everything was fine, but when we were leaving the elevators were not working. We had to carry 2 very large heavy bags each down 22 flights of stairs with many other people going slow. The room was outdated and had an noticeable smell. There was shampoo provided but no conditioner, and there was no body wash, which is pretty basic even for smaller hotels. On the positive side, the arcade and the circus show were really fun—my family truly enjoyed those.

Great staff and facilities. Just had a couple minor issues with our room... Toilet that we had to jiggle the handle to stop it running.... They couldn't refill the body wash, so they gave us small bottles of soap instead. Nothing major, just needs a few repairs
