" Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car. "

"Park Plaza London Riverbank was the PERFECT hotel for our first time in London. From the time we got to the property to the time we left it was AMAZING!! The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond. Helped with direction and suggestions on dining. The room was so clean and if we needed anything all we needed to do was call and it was delivered to our room within minutes. "Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
