"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. "La ubicación es muy buena, está en una colonia tranquila y segura, el acceso es muy cómodo al tener las claves con anticipación.

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"The unit was very nice but the weather was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lift was not working which made it difficult to drag luggage down. It was very difficult getting messages returned from the hotel. I would probably give it another chance."

"We had a terrible experience. We and other guests were exposed to toxic chemicals used in a deep cleaning process which was halted by the Borough health authorities. The hotel should have been closed during this cleaning of which we were not advised. We do not recommend this hotel."

"We didn’t end up staying at the property for a few reasons. There were about 14 stairs to get up to the property, no lift. The property was one room with a shared bathroom and it was on a busy street. Finally, there was no a/c . We moved to the hotel across the street."
