"Great location"

"Greeted after a long drive to a glass of fizz, friendly staff, great service and lovely clean room."

"Very good stay"

"Not bad, not great. The room was a bit dirty at my arrival but not overly. The balcony is not a balcony. Just an extra space in the room with big windows facing apartments. There should be another layer of curtains (sheer ones), so you can let the sunlight in and have privacy. No room service. No big deal as I’m a tidy person but I was surprised."

"No air conditioner a old fan in the room a lie say they have air conditioner, blood was on my bed and mildew my room was not clean up for five days and I was in this room for seven days, I kept asking and I was told it was gonna get clean but it was shorter staff I had to keep on asking for towers I had to clean my own room I asked for half of my money back and they told me no they were short of staff that has nothing to do with me this building is old and need remodeling do not stay at this...

"Gracias"

"Great breakfast"

"Fantastic hotel and exemplary team providing a seamless service!"

"I was in the UK to attend a funeral up north. Stayed in 3 different locations. Novotel was the only establishment that did not include breakfast."

"It’s the best hotel for the price within a short walk of King’s Cross station."

"Very helpful staff. Willing to make sure your needs were taken care of. I have stayed here a few times before and they have always maintained their standard. Easy access to the malls, restaurants, stores, etc."

"Nice hotel"

"I had to quickly find a new place to stay after my first hotel didn’t work out and was able to get a room here. It was small but perfect for a single person. The room could have been cleaner, but it was comfortable. The staff was great and the restaurant inside was delicious. It was also within walking distance of a lot of cool places and the train station was just down the street. Super convenient location. I would definitely stay again!"
