The staff was super kind and helpful. We got there earlier than our check-in time and they kept our luggage so we could go out. The bedroom was lovely and clean.

Loved the king size bed, super comfortable, I liked the mini safe and the volume button inside the bathroom so you can listen to the TV even when you are in the bathroom. The view was not as good although the city view room was booked.

Booked room for 4 people. After a tiring day when we a check-in at 8 pm, we realised that the rooms were still not ready. We were made to wait for 45 mins and were offered a different room. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was so uncomfortable not fit for sleeping. Had the worst uncomfortable night ever.
