"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

"The hotel is incredibly convenient as I like to visit the national Gallery across the street when I visit. The staff sets the hotel apart from others. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’ve already booked a third stay a little later this year. I absolutely love the breakfast each morning. Today, one of the hosts in the restaurant remembered my favorite drink. That brightened my day."

"Reception staff were super friendly on arrival and surprised our children with a goody bag each. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night so didn’t spoil it too much for us. The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we left our bags with them to then continue our visit around London without having to carry our big bags. Overall, very happy with our stay."
