"Every single member of the staff was amazing! Including the barista! The beds were super comfy and the views from the room were outstanding (despite us not even asking for a great view)! Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Central location, excellent service, ten out of ten!"

"I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase. "Equipe muito solicita, nos receberam muito bem. O hotel está muito bem localizado, conseguimos fazer praticamente tudo a pé mas também tinha vários pontos de ônibus próximos. O quarto serviu bem para 3 pessoas, muito organizado e limpo. Um ponto positivo é que eles oferecem garrafas de plástico e bebedouro para os hóspedes poderem recarregar a água! Recomendo o hotel "
