"Room was spacious, and comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure. Great location to access theatre and popular sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could use some refreshing. Had an issue being charged for breakfasts that we didn’t have, but the staff reimbursed our card that was held on deposit. Would stay there again."

"A great hotel but if u want a nice quite hotel it’s not for u it’s extremely busy and loud it’s more very similar to a hard rock hotel so very fresh but crazy, vip lounge is great apart from they said u get canopies well nuts r not canopies very disappointed with that bit but the drinks was great .. room was nice we had a king suite was on the corner of oxford street so was really noisey in the middle of the night it was like the window was open but it wasn’t .. its next to Marble Arch so great...

"we are super happy with our stay at upper berkely. nothing to complain about💞 the rooms were a good size for me and my girlfriend, clean and nice! very nice man who worked there, and welcomed us. the hotel was super central, a short walk to where we wanted to go, super close to the subway, easy to use the shuttle! we saw no signs of bed bugs or other animals, everything was great! really recommend this hotel, and would love to go back there again!🇳🇴"
