"Really good option at an affordable price in Earl’s Court by the underground station. If you don’t need much space the room was compact but very clean and stylish with a compact modern bathroom. Free breakfast was basic but fine. There’s a small garden patio in the back of the hotel. I was a solo traveler so it worked especially well for me. Getting to places in London is a breeze from this hotel because of the Piccadilly and District lines only steps from the hotel. Enjoy your stay!"

"The staff—especially Maryann, Kathy, and Damien—was truly wonderful, providing helpful communication before we even arrived. When we had trouble finding our studio, Maryann kindly walked over with us and even carried two of our heavy bags up four flights of stairs. Her warmth and helpfulness made a big impression, especially since managing luggage for a two-week cruise up 66 narrow steps (no elevator) is quite a workout! The location could not be better. It's a quick, easy walk to Victoria Coach...

"Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Room, whilst clean In dire need of renovation. No chair, hook taken off in bathroom so nowhere to put towels, clear space on wall in bedroom where mirror removed. Poor old carpet. Yes it's being renovated but we paid full price to stay there. Should have been better. Very lovely lady on reception Ilana who was so helpful. However we were told on arrival that the hotel had just been bought and was being refurbished -much needed- and that there was no breakfast...

"Das Zimmer war sehr klein, besonders da es als Doppelzimmer angegeben war. Vom Fenster aus liegend konnte man nur seitlich am Bett vorbeigehen, da das Bett nah an der Zimmerwand stand. Am Kleiderschrank ist das Furnier abgegangen, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Das Badezimmer war winzig, man konnte sich nicht richtig auf die Toilette setzen, nur seitlich. Der Zwischenraum von Toilette zur Duschabtrennung war zu schmal. Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten: Toastbrot, Butter, Marmelade, Käse, Müsli...
