"Very nice front desk reception, clean room, free upgrade but the main selling point gl me is proximity to departures. You can be there 5 montages leaving the room. "

"Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded. I hope this review will be relayed to everyone concerned as I'm sure they have to deal with no end of challenges on a daily basis. My very best wishes to them all and I'll definitely be back. "Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
