"I have no complaints or constructive feedback to share. We had the loveliest stay at this hotel with our family, and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean and well kept and the staff is extremely helpful. Do try and sit down for their high tea at The Tea Lounge; it was perfect. "

"A great stay and a fantastic location for exploring London. I only stayed one night so I didn’t get to experience the hotel in full, but what I did experience was great, the team are incredible and made the stay extra special. I would definitely stay here again. "
