We stayed here for our honeymoon in April and had a great experience! A great area of town and very kind staff made it a great experience for us. The room was small, but very nice and clean. We would stay here again if we come back to London!

The room was excellent, clean and beautiful. Large and modern elevators makes transporting upstairs easy. Has a very nice and spacious ADA or disability room. Very good location, 5 min to tube and safe to walk around late at night. Several restaurants and shops makes every accessible. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the bar or restaurant but staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Staff was excellent. Wonderful to have a bar for coffee in the morning or a drink later. Room was large because I had a handicap room. The non handicap were extremely small. Missing were to put toiletries in bathroom.

A very classy and comfortable hotel with excellent customer service provided by all members of staff. Our room was very relaxing, well designed with superb amenities. Breakfast was very good with sufficient choice of hot and cold food. Only negative was the very high price of drinks at the hotel bar!!
