"I barely used any of the facilities, so no comment on those apart from the kettle and the bathroom. The noise from outside was quite loud, and there was some commotion in the halls late at night, including someone pressing my buzzer in the middle of the night. The bed was clean and comfy, with clean towels. The shower was fine, although there is only complimentary shampoo and conditioner (no body wash). There were some problems with light fixtures. The main light took a few minutes to warm up...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. Every thing is in perfect working condition. If there is ever a problem - it will be fixed immediately. Never an issue with their fast...

"Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs."

"The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable.
