"This was my first time staying at Space Apart. I was mostly impressed. The studio apartment was large (especially for London!) Bathroom clean, kitchen adequate, bed comfortable. Two drawbacks -- one, the bed linen. Whilst it was clean, their "duvet" was woefully lacking. It was more like a stiff mattress pad. The entire thing moved as one -- it wasn't a fluffy, comfy, duvet that you could snuggle under. Having a fluffy duvet would make this room outstanding. Second thing -- no local TV....

"The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable. You get very few towels, and if you are...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"It was clean and convenient. Check in was very smooth. There was ironing board and fan in the room which I travel for business and would not choose this for a long term stay. There is a cooktop but no pans for example. It was good for a 4 night stay."
