"The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable. "Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably."

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The room was spacious, clean and centrally located to Kings Cross Underground. The only thing that bothered us was the people upstairs were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Mind you we were on the first floor. I’m sure the upper floor did not have thing problem. Overall a good experience!"
