"良いアパートメントで快適に過ごせますした。調理器具は全て揃っており自炊できるのが最高。チェックインを自分でするのですが、やり方が分からず、オーナーに連絡をとり、チェックインできました。オーナーの優しい誠実な対応に感銘を受けました。ロンドンには毎年、行っていますが、また、宿泊したいと思っています。有難うございました。"

"The room was spacious, clean and centrally located to Kings Cross Underground. The only thing that bothered us was the people upstairs were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Mind you we were on the first floor. I’m sure the upper floor did not have thing problem. Overall a good experience!"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. Every thing is in perfect working condition. If there is ever a problem - it will be fixed immediately. Never an issue with their fast...

"The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable. You get very few towels, and if you are...

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor...
