"This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. "Studio extremely noisy due to proximity with road and entrance but also can hear everything happening with next door neighbor and upstairs neighbors. Didn’t sleep at all"

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The room was spacious, clean and centrally located to Kings Cross Underground. The only thing that bothered us was the people upstairs were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Mind you we were on the first floor. I’m sure the upper floor did not have thing problem. Overall a good experience!"

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...
