She did and managed to give us a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Thames. The kids were also given goodie bags, the process was quick, smooth and not a stress. The room and breakfast were excellent as was the games room set up for the summer holidays."

Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room.
