"A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year.
The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress.
There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns.
Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. So we didn’t bother.
I did ask for 2 extra fans which did help the temperature slightly.

"Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way.
On site parking very convenient

"They cancelled my booking a few days before I was due to arrive. Didn't tell me or Expedia. Only found out when I called to check about parking. They said they didn't like people who chose the free cancellation option.
In which case why offer it? And how is that a reason to cancel a booking before the payment was even due? I would have turned up with my family and had nowhere to stay.
Expedia were unable to contact them but did give me a credit towards a new booking and fortunately I was able...

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"It was really unfortunate that there had been a heat wave which killed the aircon for a lot of rooms - mine included. So hot and uncomfortable without it but I realise that this is possibly not the norm for the hotel. Staff of course were powerless.
Front of house staff (doorman) was a little rude to us on arrival which surprised me. Other staff were lovely.
No water in room. No bathroom amenities other than a shower cap.
Breakfast buffet average for a 4+ star hotel. Coffee was pretty...

"Hotel was excellent. I would definitely use it again if visiting west London as well situated for this part of town. However, reliance on tubes became an issue in the heat as it would appear the circle line wasn’t the best.

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."
