She did and managed to give us a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Thames. The kids were also given goodie bags, the process was quick, smooth and not a stress. This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room.
