If you check in after 3pm there is a chance you will get a room that isn’t like that pictures - when I request to get another room a man was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with but when I went back and spoke to a woman she resolved the issue very quickly and smoothly. "First of all, this is not a Hotel, it’s more of a hostel so if you’re expecting a nicely presented tidy modern room, forget it. Check in was straight forward, but the room they gave me was a multiple bed room with two metal beds and a metal bunk bed.
