"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"I travel by myself and I have to say I feel so safe and secure in this hotel - even though it’s large I never feel worried."

"The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive."

"5 minuten lopen van Paddington Station, met rechtstreekse verbinding naar Heathrow, en naar Underground. Dichtbij Hyde Park. Geen overdreven luxe en wat oud maar prima basic hotel voor paar dagen Londen."

"Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which surprised me for a 4 star rating. Drinks machine at reception for additional charge Great location, would stay again "

"Une valise a été volé sous les yeux du personnel, dès notre arrivée à la réception de l’hôtel lorsque nous faisions l’enregistrement de nos chambres. Hotel bondé de monde , il ressemble a un hangar. Personnel nombreux et inexistant. Petit dejeuner mediocre. Chambre et lit minuscules, ce ne sont pas des lits doubles! Cet hotel ne merite meme pas 2 etoiles "

"I got exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t trying to splurge and spend my entire travel budget on the hotel. So I opened for this hotel. That being said, I didn’t mind the shared bathroom. Wasn’t something that I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me. There weren’t any washing amenities or breakfast, but there is a laundromat nearby. It’s conveniently located next to a few cafes. The hotel is nearby Kings Cross and St Pancras station and Russel square Piccadilly line so it’s easy to get...
