"This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "

"I have no complaints or constructive feedback to share. We had the loveliest stay at this hotel with our family, and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean and well kept and the staff is extremely helpful. Do try and sit down for their high tea at The Tea Lounge; it was perfect. "

"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean. Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning. Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs. Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street. Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny...
