"Das Zimmer - bei mir mit Blick auf den Garten - war ordentlich und sauber. Ich hatte viel Platz. WLAN ist schnell und einfach einzurichten. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und nett. Einzig was man verbessern kann: während Frühstücksbuffet war ich kurz weg und als ich mein Tee austrinken wollte war mein Tisch abgeräumt und andere Gäste saßen dort - nicht schlimm als solches da ich sowiso fast fertig war. Vielleicht lag es auch an mir!? Fazit: schönes Hotel das ich jederzeit Weiterempfehlen würde!"

"A fine boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Gardens west end district with a huge assortment of dining, cafes, shops, bars and theaters The choice almost overwhelms. The weekends are very busy with folks out and about. The location is ideal for sightseeing. "This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!"

"Frühstück war ok. Nicht viel Auswahl und nicht wirklich was gesundes. Personal war top! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit war nicht gut, Tische und Boden sehr klebrig und dementsprechend nicht sauber. Keine Klobürste, kein Safe und leider kein Kühlschrank. Die Lage war super! Besser gehts nicht, zu Fuß sehr viel erreichbar. Bus und Bahn in der nahen Umgebung. Würde wieder hinfahren weil die Lage für das Geld einfach unschlagbar war, auch das Personal war sehr nett"
