"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway. "The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"
