The room was dusty and dirty. Room service is not daily , it’s upon request . But even when I requested for my room to be cleaned , they just made up the bed. Didn’t bother to pick up last nights service tray that was taking half of my room. Shower water pressure was very low couldn’t even get my hair wet with that shower

Loved our stay here. Great location just across the bridge from Big Ben and Westminster, and just down the street from the London Eye. Damien at the front desk came through for us to make sure we got our Expedia Gold upgrade to a room with a view of all three of those attractions, which were amazing to see at night from the floor to ceiling windows. Would totally recommend staying here and paying for the upgrade to make sure you get the view!

Beautiful place in the center of everything. You can walk to all the main attractions. Coffee shop in lobby adds a a huge perk. Hotel bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious.

Biggest issue was room service. We ordered 7 meals and every meal was disappointing. Some things i could not even eat. I was sick in bed on my trip so i had little choice for food options in my state. Other than that the place was nice.
