"1. I’m a 80 year old female solo traveler who has stayed in Youth Hostels to luxury.

"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information.
The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"Lobby was gorgeous and leads you to believe that you will be staying in a quality hotel. Nope!
The shower had black plastic covering the blue tiles, the shower was also small and cramped.
Bed was OK, king sized bed with a duvet that barely covered it.
The restaurant quality was shockingly overpriced for the quality - vegans beware - they state "vegan options" but what you get is basic pasta with a tomato sauce for the bargain price of £22!

"We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care..

"Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff and appreciated the hotel cleanliness and amenities.
However, I choose this hotel as it advertised shuttle service. As an American where many hotels include a shuttle service, we were dismayed to find the shuttle was actually an outside service that charged 7 pounds per ride per person to the airport and it took almost an hour. I would clarify that on their advertising."

"This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away.
