"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor
although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good
it worth its price"

"The staff were friendly however the room was not clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend more attention to detail when cleaning.
The room size is small and that is fine; we did not need a large room and small accommodation is not a deal breaker for me at all. "

"I thought that the toilet was very hard to flush. Maybe only the younger generation should occupy the room.
Getting in and out of the bath was a hazard owing to the height of the bath."

"I was given a lower level room, which I didn't prefer, but at least there was a window so it was okay. Unfortunately, the linens didn't look like they were changed. There were makeup smears on one of the pillow cases and strands of hair under the duvet. Once I told the front desk though, they promptly changed the sheets and pillow cases and left a handwritten note of apology and two tokens for a free beverage. Room is good for just one person as there isn't a lot of space for luggage. The...
